Elly is a wonderful person so calm kind and understanding she made me feel safe
The nurses are good all except one on nights he was rude and nasty to me many staff at night don’t care like the day time staff which is a shame
The Matron always listens and things get better for a while when she intervenes also Captain Paul a good man who again listen and tried to help

Care and treatment at the Warneford has been great, I have felt very supported by ward staff and listened to. Most of the staff have been very supportive, caring and empathetic. I have felt very supported by the day staff, the night staff however has been dependent on who is on shift.
I have particular concern with HCA Taiwo. In particular, he does not show empathy. There are times he has shouted at me and other patients, especially during super-time and we feel terrified of him.
Overall, care and treatment at the Warneford has been great, I have been involved in discussions of my treatment, I feel staff have listened to me and respected my wishes.

I been here for three weeks I found that the day staff very experience and brilliant and the nurses are brilliant and a person from a night staff was rude paida and adibaiyo are very good staff for the night and the night staff need to be improved and attend to the patients needs more.My overall experience for the Warneford hospital was great.

I was not contacted very quickly after seeing GP, who referred me to Talking Space - apart from this, I could not fault the care given by Debbie and the Day Hospital - I am now back at work, and although not 100% yet, I do feel positive about the future
